Prices include 9% VAT.
The rental price of the holiday home includes:
• accommodation service from 15.00 on the day of arrival until 12.00 on the day of departure;
• 4 hours of free sauna use on the first day of accommodation and an additional 2 hours each
per day of accommodation; an extra hour in the sauna costs 10 EUR;
• bed linen, hand and sauna towels, firewood, etc .;
• cleaning of the house after you leave
• Free WIFI
• Estonian, Russian and English language television channels

* During the summer and winter seasons, we rent the holiday home for 2 days at a time during weekend.
** Special events: Holidays (such as Midsummer's Day) and special events such as skiing competitions, WRC Estonia, New Year's Eve, Tartu Marathon and some other major events in Otepää and its vicinity.
